NTUC Downtown East, Singapore has the honour of boasting South East Asia’s biggest water park. Situated in Pasir Ris, Wild Wild Wet, as the name denotes, is fully equipped to provide a wild, wet and incredibly fun experience.

There are many rides which range from daring and adventurous and also family-oriented, child-friendly rides. The Ular lah is perhaps the parks most favourite and famous ride. This South Asia’s first raft slide and can take 6 people per raft. For all the adrenaline pumping thrill seekers this is the perfect ride. The Waterworks is an open and enclosed ride which consists of a winding and twisting course. This too has proved to be quite popular.

For the less adventurous there are still a lot of rides to choose from. These include the Shiok River in which one could walk or float, the Yakult Professor’s playground, ideal for a fun learning experience, The Tsunami, with simulated tidal waves, and Yippee which is mostly for the very young park visitors.

With many eating options available, safe lockers provided for personal effects, and baby water carriers and other facilities given, the Wild Wild Wet water theme park is an ideal option for a day’s outing. Transactions within the park are not made with cash and instead with a token called the fun key.

Visitors to Singapore should not pass up an opportunity to visit this park and have a rollicking time. If such visitor seeks to make a Singapore hotel reservation at a boutique hotel Singapore, then the Copthorne King’s Hotel Singapore with its elegant beauty and luxurious facilities will prove one of the best options.
