The Coca-Cola Easter Show – Bringing Easter to Life in Auckland

The Coca Cola Easter show is a fun and entertaining event that takes place every year at the time of Easter. It is the largest and most awaited event in the whole of Auckland that consists of an array of fun activities which includes a circus and plenty of entertainment rides. The purpose and objective of the Easter show is to bring together both the town and the country sides of Auckland in a one big event of union that showcases the best of both worlds in the spirit of the Easter festivities.

The Coca Cola Easter show had its beginning way back in the year 1843. Its very historic nature gives it a lot of importance every year. Originally the event had a more agricultural and business oriented purpose but this changed with time and in was only in 1910 when it was first hosted as a show case in a whole new location that is now known as the ABS show grounds. Ever since then the show has been growing year after year; every year better than the year before.

This year 13 ultra spooky scenes from famous Horror movies are showcased to add a haunting thrill to the event, so you better gear those lungs for some loud and shrilling screaming! A couple of Bands are also lined up for performances and so are the Zirca Circus and the Canadian Bush Whackers show. All in all you are sure to have an amazing time this year in the Coca Cola Easter Festival.
