A state-of-the-art exhibition hall in the heart of Nashville, which is capable of hosting just about any large scale event, is the Nashville Convention Centre.

The hall has 25 meeting rooms for the advantage of the business traveler to connect to office while away. These rooms can be divided up into three separate segments that have entrances of their own. The normal booth sizes are 10’x 10’, and the hall can accommodated 615 such booths. The hall has facilities that could hold up to 9000 visitors, and is ideal for exhibitions and galleries which attract large crowds.

The square footage of the hall is over 118,000, while the ballroom has a square footage that extends to over 11,000 feet. The exhibition centre also has a lobby and space for a terrace that stretches over 40,000 square feet.

In terms of technology, the exhibition space offers organizers the benefit of connecting to a fiber optic cable that supplies the entire centre with wireless connectivity. Through this facility organizers can connect their PC’s to access mail, teleconferencing or even video conferencing.

The convention center is also surrounded by many eateries and entertainment venues. An underground walkway links the exhibition hall to the Gaylord Entertainment Center. Other places close by include the Ryman Auditorium and the popular Country Music Hall of Fame that displays some unique exhibits of country music’s famous recording artistes.

The centre is conveniently positioned at 8 miles from the Nashville International Airport and is at the junction of the county’s major interstates. The utilities at the exhibition are capable of supporting any type of need in terms of booth requirements or space.

Enjoy and explore Southern Nashville when you check into a Nashville Hotel such as the Millennium Maxwell House Nashville, which is also close to the Country Music Hall of Fame. The hotel is musically themed and is just a few minutes away from the Nashville Convention Center.
